Porch repair

This was a fun one. Clients had stripped previous flooring off porch and wanted some assistance repairing the framing and getting the porch back in action. Shooting for cost efficiency without sacrificing quality, they brilliantly made me a triple espresso latte, then a double. This saved labor time, and was delicious. Also, what a great mug. 😄

So i replaced a beam and joist, added some brackets and blocking, and a supplemental 4x4 post for good measure. Finished off with some premium deck boards for a much sturdier and revitalized porch that will last for years to come.
